Rates
$160 plus tax per 50-minute individual session
$175 plus tax per 50-minute couple or family session
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am also a registered service provider with the Crime Victims Assistance Program. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Does my extended health coverage support psychotherapy services provided by a RCC or (Registered Clinical Counsellor)
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

Payment
Cash, cheque and e-transfer are all methods accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
